STUDIO ELECTRIC TYPE ONE



The T1 sphere was at first, simply a design exercise in stainless steel and aluminum. But, it was not long before our little art deco wonder had actually surpassed the audio accuracy of several well known reference quality loudspeakers. Ironically, though unconventional in both design and construction, they were "very natural sounding". Around this basic design, we began to develop a line of extraordinary loudspeakers.

In smaller rooms, the T1 spheres may be used alone, as a bookshelf or stand mounted system. In larger rooms, you may want to add our XLR subwoofer pedestals.

 

STUDIO ELECTRIC TYPE TWO

The T2 tower is a 3-way version of our original design. The TYPE TWO was inspired by the Trylon and Perisphere, the signature buildings of 1939 New York World's Fair. The American Art Deco movement reached it's peak with these designs. The T2 is hand crafted by a master metal sculptor, and is produced in limited numbers.

* T2 systems are based on the T1 / with the addition of an 8" LF drive unit for added response below 50Hz.

Most amplifiers with a 4 ohm specification will drive these loudspeakers with excellent results. Consult our shop if you have concerns about compatibility.
